Richard Holden is a Senior Portfolio Manager in in ADIA’s Private Equities Department, which he joined in February 2012. Within the Department, he has had broad responsibilities, with a focus on both performing, non-performing private credit and special situations. Prior to joining ADIA, Mr. Holden was a founding partner of Neovara LLP, a London-based mezzanine finance firm, formed through the spin out of the Lehman Brother Mezzanine Fund. Prior to this he worked at Lehman Brothers for the predecessor fund and Deutsche Bank in Leveraged Finance Origination. Mr. Holden holds a Masters of Arts in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, England. As part of his investment activities at ADIA, Mr. Holden sits on the board of KKR Financial Services India, a Mumbai based Non-Banking Financial Company and AGL Credit Management, a private credit investment firm based in the New York.
